HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE COST OF A CLEANING SERVICE?
Pricing is driven by several factors, namely the floor plan (how many bedrooms, how many bathrooms) square footage, the state of the property when we arrive, the labour hours required, and any additional services requested.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL A CLEANING APPOINTMENT?
We understand that schedules can change. If you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to reschedule it. A cancellation fee of 45% of the booking total will apply.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CLEAN MY HOME?
The duration depends on the size and condition of your home and the specific services requested. After evaluating your requirements, we can provide you with an estimated time frame.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING BREAKS?
All our teams are fully insured. This means you are protected in case of any accidental damages or injuries that may occur during the cleaning process.
IS YOUR CLEANER BACKGROUND CHECKED?
Yes. Our customers welcome us into their homes, and we take that responsibility very seriously. All our cleaners undergo thorough background and reference checks before joining our team.
HOW CAN I PAY YOU?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
HOW DO I RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL A BOOKED CLEANING?
Our email service reminders include a reschedule and/or cancel button, which allows you to book with one click. Or call us or email us and we’ll update your booking.
HOW DO I BOOK A HOME OR COMMERCIAL CLEANING?

DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR THE CLEANING?
Nope. Generally, our teams prefer to have the owner’s home for the first visit to go over specific areas/ details, but it isn’t required.
WHAT SERVICE DO YOU PROVIDE?
We offer standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. For details on what these cleans include, feel free to head to our services page Our Work. We’re always happy to adjust our cleaning to meet your specific needs.
CAN I LEAVE MY KEY OR PROVIDE A GARAGE? ACCES CODE?
Not a problem; our cleaners are trained to handle keys and access codes responsibly.
CAN I SET UP REPEAT VISITS?
Yes, we offer discounts to all our recurring customers. We offer weekly and monthly plans. For each of our services, you can select and schedule recurring appointments and save instantly.
DO YOU CLEAN HOMES THAT HAVE PETS?
Yes! Not only are homes with pets our specialty, but we don’t charge extra fees for any furry roommates.
PETS SAFETY
We love pets! However, to ensure an efficient and safe cleaning service, we kindly ask that pets remain in a separate area during the cleaning process. This helps avoid interruptions and keeps everyone safe.
KEEP PERSONAL ITEMS TIDY
Dear customer, to help us carry out a more thorough and efficient cleaning, we’d appreciate it if you could tidy up or remove some items from the areas we’ll be cleaning. Keeping your belongings organized allows our team to access all spaces and ensure a deep clean.
WE OFFER ALTERNATIVES (if needed):
If you cannot organize or move your items at this time, our team can assist with arranging them and temporarily moving them to a safe space so we can proceed with the cleaning without any issues.
PRIORITIZE YOUR SAFETY (Access Instructions) :
For added security, please provide us with clear instructions on accessing your home if you won’t be there. For greater flexibility, we can use an access key, allowing us to arrive at the time that suits you best, without you needing to be present. We can also use a temporary access code.
